Payment

MIKU Diamonds A / S accepts online payments with VISA, MasterCard and most other major credit cards.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when your goods are shipped unless other terms are agreed or specified on your order.
All prices listed on the website is not including VAT.

Cancellation

No right of cancellation is offered for goods purchased on our webshop, as the nature of the goods is such that under Danish law no right of cancellation can or should be offered.

With regard to custom made designs, there is no right of withdrawal in any form.

The condition of the item on return
You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by the item being handled in a manner that is different from what is necessary to determine the type, properties and function of the item. This means that you can examine the product in the same way as if you were in a physical store.
If the item has been examined more closely than described immediately above, it will be considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded a small portion or none of the purchase price.
MIKU Diamonds A / S is responsible for assessing the condition of a product.

Warranty

For all products, a 2-year warranty applies under the Purchase Act (Danish købelov). This applies to all defects in, materials and production.

Claims regarding deficiencies and improvements must be addressed to MIKU Diamonds A / S within a reasonable period of time after the goods have been received. For this purpose, a maximum period of two months is considered a reasonable period, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse any shipping costs.
The warranty will be canceled in case of inappropriate use of the jewlery.
MIKU Diamonds A / S will cover fees for returning goods at a reasonable level.
